• Our office Hours are 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday thru Thursday and closed major holidays.
• AFTERHOURS EMERGENCY NUMBER IS 330-429-5963, 330-692-0031 or 330-843-0212.
• For customer convenience we offer a payment drop box located at the Billing Office to the right of the Main entrance door. Payment of check or money order along with the payment stub and inside the envelope provided can be placed in the box. We recommend NO CASH be placed into this box.

BEFORE MAKING PAYMENTS- Please read all details below

Payment to bring your account current must be received in our office prior to the shut off date listed on your bill.  You can make your payment by mailing it to PO Box 105, Wellsville OH  43968, OR online at www.buckeyewater.com or by placing it in our drop box located at 1925 Clark Avenue, Wellsville, Ohio 43968. 

By visiting our online payment portal at www.buckeyewater.com you can create an account for more payment options.   We accept the following forms of payment: cash, checks, money orders, credit cards and debit cards.

If you dispute your bill or are unable to pay, you are entitled to a hearing prior to termination of your service.  Your service will not be terminated if you contact us within seven (7) days of the billing date to schedule your appeal. 

Payment arrangements will not be made over the telephone.  All accounts that have not been paid in full (for delinquent amount), or have not made payment arrangements, will be turned off and subject to a $50.00 fee.  If you have questions or feel you received a shut off notice in error, please contact our office.

All charges for parts are subject to interest if not paid within 30 days from original invoice date.   

After hour fee is $65.00.

It is the customers responsibility to notify the water district of change in ownership or mailing address.
