The Buckeye Water District will be flushing fire hydrants in the Russell Hgts. Area of Wellsville. This will start Monday morning Aug. 3, 2020 and continue until all of the hydrants have been flushed in that area. Customers may experience temporary discoloration of water and low water pressure during this process.
